Distance Pranic Healing
Sessions with Ritika Chandak, a practitioner of 17 years. No travel. No touch. No medication. Just focused energy work you can receive from your own living room.
No payment. No obligation. Just a conversation to see whether this is right for you.
Pranic Healing is a complementary wellbeing practice. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Start here
Pranic Healing works with the energy field around your body — what practitioners call prana, or life force.
The premise is straightforward. When that field is congested or depleted, you tend to feel it: tension that won't shift, sleep that doesn't restore you, a heaviness with no obvious cause. A session clears and rebalances it.
Ritika doesn't touch you. She doesn't prescribe anything. She works with the energy directly, using a method developed by Master Choa Kok Sui and practised worldwide for over forty years.
You don't need to believe in it for a session to go ahead. Most people arrive somewhere between curious and skeptical — that's a perfectly reasonable place to start.
The question everyone asks
Pranic Healing doesn't rely on physical contact even when practitioner and client are in the same room — the work happens in the energy field, not on the body. Distance simply makes that more obvious. Practitioners have worked remotely for decades, long before video calls made it convenient.
Here's what actually happens.
A short form, then a free 20-minute call. No preparation needed — you don't have to arrive with the right words for it.
Evening slots in US time zones, booked around your schedule.
You're asked to sit or lie somewhere quiet and let the time pass. Nothing to do, nothing to visualise. Some people fall asleep — that's fine. [Confirm exact protocol and session length.]
What she noticed, what to expect over the next few days, and an honest view on whether more sessions would help.
Fit
If you're in crisis, or dealing with a diagnosed medical or psychiatric condition, please speak to a doctor or a crisis line first. Energy healing can sit alongside proper medical care. It is not a replacement for it, and Ritika will tell you so herself.

Ritika ChandakPranic Healing practitioner · Kolkata, India
The practitioner
Ritika has practised Pranic Healing for 17 years and has worked with clients in more than 17 countries — most of them people she has never met in person.
She's based in Kolkata, India. She mentions this early rather than late, because it tends to be the second question after “how does distance work”, and there's nothing to hide in the answer. The method she practises originated in Asia and travelled outward; working across continents is normal in this field, not a workaround.
[Two or three lines in her own words — why she does this work, how she approaches a client.]
[Qualifications and training, once confirmed in writing.]
Commitment
Ritika works in a programme of three sessions rather than one-offs.
Why three. A single session can shift how you feel. It rarely holds on its own. Energy work behaves more like physiotherapy than a prescription — the first session tells you whether it's doing anything at all, and the ones after it are where the change settles. Three is the smallest number that gives you an honest answer either way.
Sessions are a paid service. What that costs depends on what you're working with, and Ritika will walk you through it on the call — before you commit to anything.
The first conversation itself is free. Twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation to book afterwards.
Availability
Sessions are scheduled to fit your time zone, with evening and weekend slots available on request.
In their words
I went in fairly skeptical. What I noticed after the second session was that I was sleeping through the night again, which hadn't happened in months. I don't have an explanation for it. I just know something shifted.
[Name], [City]The distance thing worried me more than the healing did. It turned out not to matter at all. Ritika was more present on a call from India than some people I've sat across a table from.
[Name], [City]She was straight with me about what she could and couldn't help with. That's what made me trust the rest of it.

Before you book
No. Pranic Healing is a complementary practice — it can sit alongside medical or psychological care, but it doesn't replace it, and Ritika won't ask you to stop anything your doctor has recommended.
Generally, find somewhere quiet, sit or lie down, and let the time pass. You don't need to meditate, visualise, or hold any particular thought. [Confirm.]
Some people notice something immediately. Others notice it two days later, or in their sleep, or not at all. Ritika will tell you honestly if she doesn't think this is working for you — she'd rather do that than keep booking sessions.
It depends on what you're working with, so Ritika prefers to talk it through rather than quote a number blind. She'll cover it on the free call, and there's no obligation to book afterwards. What she won't do is quote you something on a call and change it later.
Yes. What you share stays between you and Ritika.
A no-touch energy healing method developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, practised worldwide for over forty years. It works with the body's energy field rather than the body itself, which is why it can be done at a distance.
